Delivery Service Was Despicable

<p>I was happy with my delivery time, but requested that the driver lets me know 10-20min before arival so that i could make sure i was on site, as i had meetings on the delivery day.</p> <p> </p> <p>10:30 i recieved a missed call and cancelled my meeting with an auditer so that i could be on site.</p> <p> </p> <p>at 12:54 the driver called and asked assistance as he was in the street and could not find the address. i directed him and he understood where the delivery should take place.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called back and asked if he was at 13:05.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was informed that he stopped for food first and that be would be there when he is done.</p> <p> </p> <p>Driver arived at 13:25. He did not even get out of his vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p>The driver had a passanger that was eating on delivery parcells, from a lunchbox and not from a baught item.</p> <p> </p> <p>Identification was okayd the morning before the delivery, yet the driver refused to give me the p****l.</p> <p> </p> <p>I did recieve my parcel, and i am okay with the delivery time.</p> <p> </p> <p>the manner of delivery and unfriendlyness is inexcusable and i would never recomend or use Ram again.</p>
