Delivery Service Defined by Impatience and Unprofessionalism

My experience with Ram Hand-to-Hand Couriers has been deeply disappointing. I rely on them to deliver essential medication for my mother, yet their service displays a level of impatience and unprofessionalism that is truly astonishing.

This week alone, the delivery guys have displayed astonishing impatience. Twice, they arrived and while I was unlocking my house and moving with urgency toward the gate, they were gone before I could even reach them - both times. One hoot, and they vanish, as if even the briefest moment is too long to wait. This is not urgency; it is grotesque impatience masquerading as efficiency.

To make matters worse, during past deliveries some drivers have been rude and invasive, asking questions that have no place in a professional interaction. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable and crosses a line that should never be crossed in any service.

As of now, I am still waiting for my mother’s medication, which makes this lack of professionalism not only frustrating but deeply concerning.

In short, Ram Hand-to-Hand Couriers is unreliable, discourteous, and dismissive of basic human decency. Their impatience and lack of professionalism turn what should be a simple delivery into a stressful and alarming ordeal.
