Delivery of Useless Customer Exp

I would like to complain about the arrogance shown by the driver to me and fellow employees.

My mother is ill and not at home as the parcels arrived today. I asked if I can sign on her behalf, the driver said he needs id copy and proof of residence. He then angrily took the parcels to the back of his van and put them away. I contacted my mother and said can she send photos. I ask them would it be fine and they mumbled yes to me. I advised them that if they can come back later I will have the photos ready. The driver then said to me that it has to be before 9.

When they returned not even 20 mins later, the driver had the audacity to tell one of our employees that they are in a hurry. When I arrived to bring the document, both the driver and the passenger just at back almost lying in the car. They had no manners or people s****s what so ever. When I confronted them about their appearance and attitude towards our employees they did not once apologize and kept denying what had happened. Maybe this is customer service in South Africa.
