Delivery of phone

<p>I am very frustrated with the (lack of) service I'm getting from RAM couriers! I upgraded my cellphone on the 10th of August 2016 and was promised delivery on the 15th. Since then I've had to phone the Cape Town branch of RAM couriers several times and every time they promise me that my phone will be delivered the next day. On Friday the 19th I was promised by a lady in customer care service that the phone will be delivered today, only to find out that the parcel never left the premises this morning. The reason being that "it was already sent out three times" and returned because they could not find the delivery address. This is totally unacceptable - no courier ever phoned me so I have to presume that they are not trying very hard. This is my second bad experience with RAM couriers and if this is the only courier company that Vodacom uses, I will definately think twice before upgrading my other phone and tablet in March.</p>
