DELIVERY OF NEW CELL PHONE

I got a notice that I was getting my new cell delivered, but I noticed the address was incorrect. After about 4 telephone calls to them, and about the same amount of calls to Vodacom, my address is still incorrect and I still don't have delivery of the phone. Ram says Vodacom must change my address and Vodacom says they have. So I am between two companies that don't actually care.
