Delivery not made in time!!!!!!!!
Hi there I Wil direct this to you guys and not netflorist.... I made an order to be delivered to Sasolburg and on Monday the 21st and my gift was supposed to be delivered on Friday the 25th.. Netflorist did dispatch it but Ram couriers never delivered to the recipient even now am still waiting.. You guys are just a third party and are messing up our plans.. I wanted for that gift fo be delivered on Friday and but instead you **** and said that you called the recipient and he was unavailable for that's pure lies... Please deliver that gift asap as am not happy at all with your service.. Netflorist should just find other better courier companies because you guys do't seem to want to do your job... Deliver in time deliver in time.. This is so annoying

The matter has been escalated to the hub management and they should be able to resolve the matter at the soonest possible time.
