Delivery not as stated

I was told my delivery will be on Friday morning. Then RAM arrived Thursday afternoon - when I was not available. Friday morning I have called since 8am trying to arrange the delivery as agreed. Now they will not deliver AT ALL! Friday morning is gone and RAM is dead. My package is still in the warehouse. they refuse to allow me to collect my package and they also refuse to deliver as agreed. The RAM Live Chat on the Internet is also DEAD!! Trying to make contact with Desiree is hopeless. It is just a name on the screen.
