DELIVERY NEVER ATTEMPTED BUT TOLD IT WAS ATTEMPTED A WHOLE LOT OF LIES FROM RAM COURIERS.

So I am expecting a delivery from RAM couriers. It went out on delivery yesterday at 08:45am and said would he delivered during the day. At around 13:28 it says non delivery and keeping in mind that I am home the entire day. Trying too call customer service is such a ****** mission they never answer because clearly they don't care or value their clients. Finally I got through too someone around 16:50 in there afternoon and he was helpful and rearranged delivery for today but guess what nothing went out on delivery. Last night I tracked the parcel and it said unsuccessful delivery in Durban because it requires a access card or permit too deliver. What ****ing **** is this i always receive deliveries from ram there's no need for any access card or permit because I said in a open flat not some ****ing complex. The driver clearly is talking a whole lot of ****. He never came too deliver. So anyways it didn't go out on delivery today okay I decided too drive too RAM Courier myself and collect the parcel. I get there and tell the security and also give him my tracking number and now I am waiting for him for over 10 minutes and then he comes. He tells me we are not allowed too give you the parcel because of covid19 protocols and that it will be delivered tomorrow. So I drove for 45mins only too only get told this damn bull****. Why couldn't they give me the parcel when I had my revelent documents. RAM is messing around with my parcel.sending me pillar to post. Like get this in your head you are not doing this for free. You are getting paid for it!!!! Vodacom should consider changing the Courier RAM just isn't working for me. They promised delivery today and nothing now they promised delivery tomorrow and guess what they will still be no delivery. Lies upon lies. False promises. We have work too do we can't just sit around and then get told there's no delivery coming today. RAM is so unprofessional. I will be taking this up if my parcel isn't delivered tomorrow. Tracking number:K*** I won't be surprised if no one assist me. Get your act together RAM.
