Delivery men
A very bad customer service especially if they are delivering to townships. They do not know how to communicate with customers

24 Nov 2020, 21:23The guy called me around 15:30 and said they are delivering. My rain Sim. I said okay I'm at the mall at the mall and asked about tomorrow around what time they can come. Because I'm going to E. C for a funeral. The guy rudely rep**** "we don't know" I had to drop everything I was doing. I wanted to buy things for my family and come back home. I told the guy it's okay I'm coming back then I'll go back to the mall. Then that was it. I waited for the delivery and waited. I was panicking because I knew that tomorrow I have to go early l in the morning. I waited for them until 18:43, imagine all that time I could have done my shopping. That ****ed me off to a point that whenever I see am iterm says they using Ram couriers, I'll just cancel everything.
