Delivery made to an address I did not even supply

I placed an online order with Foschini for two items. I selected a Pargo point as my delivery option.

I have only recieved one item. The other (AAAA***) i have not recieved as yet.

When i track this on Ram’s tracking website it says it was delivered to Thandi.

When enquiring this at the Pargo point, they informed me that they do not have my parcel and neither does Thandi work there.

I stay in Ermelo, your website says delivery was made in Witbank.

Your customer services also say they cannot help me. How am i supposed to get my parcel if delivery was made in the wrong district which was not even due to a faulty address as i received my other item which was ordered together with the missing parcel. On top of that i ger no assistance from your customer services??
