Delivery issues
Again I experience issues with RAM Couriers. I received a sms from them that my parcel will be delivered on 31/03/2020. I saw the RAM vehicle driving past a 100 meters from my home at around 10:00 on the morning of 31/03/2020. I waited the whole day but NO delivery. I saw later on their tracking website that the driver tried to collect but the BUSINESS was closed?? My delivery address is a residential house. No phone call received from the driver etc. After trying numerous times to contact them via phone and emails without answer I had to phone my supplier to try and sort this out. Still waiting!!!

02 Apr 2020, 17:17Again today the RAM Agent promised me the parcel will be delivered today. Waited the whole day, no delivery. Not even a phone call from the driver. On their tracking website the reason for non delivery is client not available. Bulls#&t!! The worst experience.
