Delivery issue

I’m definitely so disappointed and frustrated at the same time because Ram was supposed to delivered my parcel on 02 Dec but I’m still waiting for parcel then claimed that I don’t answer their calls it goes straight voicemail at that time my phone is always on I’m disappointed shame for me RAM is huge **** !!!
