Delivery fee payment issue

I don't have the banks and neither have someone who can process the payment as they want specific banks to pay delivery fee. So as there is no way forward please return my order and refund my money. This is so boring like are you saying I should open a specific bank for you to be paid delivery fee that's pure nonsense and communication is very poor.
