Delivery failure

I received messages yesterday (2025-05-13) that I will receive my packages today (2025-05-14). RAM even phoned me to confirm the address. Now I received a WhatsApp message that they missed me and will deliver tomorrow (2025-05-15) due to the people that took my package to deliver do not deliver in my area.
