Delivery failure
Ram services embrace the term "taking one for a ****" or even "taking one for a DOOS"
I was expecting a parcel delivery from them this past Friday and communication was sent that "consignment has been for delivery attempt". My parcel did not arrive. I took it further to contact their call center. With calm, the lady told me that the transporters ran out of time and that is what led to the delivery failure.
Her tone clearly said it is just normal for them to not carry out complementary customer service.
Moving on... I have not received my parcel even after the lady ordered for another delivery attempt and no communication whatsoever to update on the whereabouts of my delivery. It is now day two after contacting their call center.
Apologies for the delayed delivery of your parcel and the inconvenience caused in this regard.
We have escalated the matter to the courier support crew that they ensure that the parcel is delivered today, without fail. The courier should be able to contact you upon delivery of the parcel.
