Delivery failing to happen for five days... what the hell is this Ram?
I have been waiting for my delivery ever since the 27 of January 2023, I have sent numerous emails to Ram and M24 company but without any help. I have sent emails to this companies still no response... today I call Ram company on *** and I was told to my face that I must wait for the rest of week and they still busy with an attitude. I have asked to speak to the manager but he or she refused to.. I want my delivery done today... tracking no.. OF*******.. EVEN NOW MY PARCEL IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. YOUR SERVICES ARE A SHEM.. WHAT A DISGRACE.. RAM CONSULTANT MPHUMI.. SIS.. I CAN'T HAVE MY PARCEL? I NEED TO CANCEL THIS..I WILL SPREAD THE WORDS.

You can not say that cause even now I don't have that parcel.. I mean it's 11H30 and I still don't have any parcel. I'm currently speaking to kwena in customer service.. and she's just refused to tell me who her manager is.. what kind of service is thus that we receiving from Ram?

01 Feb 2023, 11:41Even now I have this very rude lady be the name Kwena in customer services. She made hold for 45 minutes... n now the supervisor or manager by the name Rethabile who slwas damn rude.. WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING WITH RAM
