Delivery delayed unnecessary

Hi my oder no is #*** yesterday Ram Couries got to my house they demanded that i give them copies of proof of residential and Id copy in order to give me my order as i advise them is during lock down we have not receive post , but i have a downloaded bank statement with my details on they refuse to give my order and left where will i make copies of ID and print proof of residence when internet cafe are closed why they are not not using online line and photo of the ID Copy looking at the circumstances we find ourselves as a country , Please need my chair i have paid for it . call me on ***
