Delivery date requests ignored

I called RAM on Monday to arrange for delivery of my card on Thursday (tomorrow 7 Jan 2021) needless to say, my request was not captured, and I received a message that the card will be delivered today, Wednesday 6 Jan 2021. When I called to have this corrected, the lady still had an attitude as well. This is not the first time this happens. Please get your systems and people sorted!
