DELIVERY COMPLAINT

The courier guy called me around 14:00pm and it was a missed call I then quickly return the call he picked up told him I missed his call he asked for my details have them to him and he said he had my delivery and I said he can come to the stated delivery address Ikaya primary in Stellenbosch he told me he can't I must come to the police station. I couldn't because the school was still on and it was tuition time he said he is on his way but he did not pitch up tried to track my parcel again and It said unsuccessful which means he turned back with my parcel. I want my parcel to be delivered tomorrow morning ASAP
