Delivery at incorrect address

My package is indicated as ‘delivered’ but I have not received it. When I contacted customer care I was told that it was delivered to someone else, in a different address. The package is clearly marked for Nada Mkhwebane from Unit 75. How do you make the error of leaving it somewhere else?????? Extremely disappointed with the service
