Deliverer called and started swearing at me

I once raised a concern that my medication is being left at my neighbours house without my consent and that causes delays in me receiving my parcels as my neighbour at one point forgot to bring the parcel to my house and i was never called by RAM deliverer to notify me about leaving my parcel next door. This matter was resolved but to my surprise, a deliverer by the name of Goodness Nkuna called me today when delivering my parcel and started swearing and shouting at me saying why the hell did I raise a complain that they left my parcel next door. And she claimed that I said it was her who left my parcel next door. She then continued and said i am a stupid **** and she will deal with me. I do not want that deliverer to ever deliver any of my parcels to my place because I am going to make sure that we sort each other out next time. I can not be insulted by someone I do not even know. And I am going to escalate this to people who has got a contract with RAM to deliver my parcels as I am not comfortable anymore to deal with insults. I am disappointed and hurt because I do not even know this lady.
