Delivered firearm to 3rd party!!!!!!!

I would like to please get feedback from RAM regarding the below

I booked a parcel from Tzaneen to Randfontein on Tuesday using the online service, paid and received confirmation of booking - this part was great, not bad at all......but wait.....it gets WAY worse

The parcel was a RIFLE!!!!! In a long box marked as containing a firearm

When doing the booking I needed to enter the details of the firearm and according to their TOS the package can only be signed for by the addressee..fine, this gave me some confidence...or did it?

Today, 2 days after booking, the package arrived, our receptionist calls me to advise that my parcel has arrived....great, I am ecstatic!!!!! (Not to mention that I have not received 1 SMS as requested)

I walk down to reception and low and behold, the box is lying there in all of its awesome glory!!!!!

The RAM delivery person......NOWHERE TO BE FOUND

I ask the receptionist where he is and she informs me that she had already signed and the driver left.....

*** RAM!!!!!!!

Who authorized YOU to hand over MY firearm to a 3rd party???

I need an urgent response, as I am inches from reporting this matter to our local DFO and Station Commander

This all after paying a PREMIUM price for this service and security
