Delivered but no parcel
Okay I am now past frustrated. I received an sms to state that my package has been delivered. I then checked the website and indeed it states it has been delivered. The problem is that I have no parcel.
I immediately contacted their live chat as I work in an office and can't be stuck on a call. I am still waiting 30 minutes later for someone to reply on my "live" chat"
