delays and rude management

very very bad service , insturctions were not to deliver after 4 i received a message they tried to deliver 18:47 and claimed no contact numbers was availbe , i call head ofiice spokew to LEBO YOU ADVISE NOT TO CHOOSE A NEW DATE she claimed that she escalated the matter and will get back to me after 3 hours a called again waiting over 30 min so brandon assited me he told me they dont have contacted numbers of the dispach but he will send an email unhappy as i was a sasked to speak to the manager " LONDI who was very unprofessional told me will will send my package back to the sender and that i must wait until 11 for delivery because there is nothing they could do all drivers are out on monday 11 may i opend the web to strack my package the is a note that said they called and made arrangements to delever they never spoke to me hence the fact that we hold on so long the agent now told me that it will be delivered on the 12th before 4 i needed it by Friday which no one could help but still delaying the deliver they deliver to my office on a delay the way the manager spoke as if he is in the streets very unprofessional , they don't care for their clients they are not professional at all they used to be the best now they lack everything , they don't want to go the extra mile yet the promise the best service one could ask for.
