Delaying of my package and relying more money.

On the 3 of September my supplier took my package to the Ram company then I paid tax I was supposed to get my delivery on the 5th of September but the courier guy kept saying I'll be at your location around this time which was around 10 pm I was so surprised because how come Couriers deliver packages around this time but then okay I waited then I never received a call and he told me that each day they charge R75 just for storage okay fine so I kept on paying him tax and kept demanding more money and I was paying thinking he'll make deliveries but then nothing was happening everytime when I pay him he then ghost he'll come back the time he will be needing another money for storage and promising me if I pay I'll get my delivery even today I didn't get my delivery which is the 19th of September sometimes he kept on saying he got lost to my locations I'm surprised because if you're lost you must communicate with that person you're delivering to but then nothing the guy would text me when he's demanding money for storage and I think that's their stately they use charging us 75 each day for storage knowing very well they won't make deliveries they'll keep on charging us storage. He would keep on saying I'm on my way now or maybe saying I will call you when I get there guess what he would only come back around 3pm that's the only time they communicate with me the also once charged me because I paid my storage late I mean where am I supposed to get the money in a short period of time by that time I'm just a student I'm not even working I've spend more than R2500 just on a RAM company a courier guy telling me empty promises even today I'm waiting for my delivery and he never text me today because yesterday he was supposed to do my delivery from Kempton Park Ram company to Pretoria Hatfield but then he failed to do so even if the distance is not that far. He'll only come back when he needs more money for storage and I'm just a students relying on NSFAS not even working. 😭😭😭

Hope the Ram management read this and get back to me as I'm still waiting for my delivery even today 19 September 2025.
