Delayed Delivery With No Communication

I bought a cellphone online last month and it was shipped by DHL Express. They confirmed the delivery date and also confirmed that they have handed the parcel to RAM Hand To Hand Couriers for delivery. RAM couriers sent a message confirming that they have received my parcel and I should expect it between the 26th of November 2025 and the 28th of November 2025. I tried tracking my parcel on WhatsApp as I did not receive my parcel on the given dates only to find out that my parcel was sent back to DHL Express in Pretoria on the 27th of November. I contacted DHL Express yesterday on the 1st of December and they said they will write an email to RAM couriers as they are not picking up their phones( I also had the same problem with contacting them I had to wait 10 minutes to get their attention). I contacted DHL Express early today the 2nd of December to get a feedback and they said my parcel was sent to RAM couriers and it should be delivered today or tomorrow. I also contacted RAM couriers and firstly the lady who received my call said my parcel was sent back to DHL on the 1st of December so I told her that I just contacted DHL and she said my parcel will be delivered today. I contacted RAM today around 4pm to find out about my parcel only to find out that the person I spoke to early today was lying about my parcel to be delivered today. My parcel is at DHL Express and has been going back and forth with no communication with me, I'm the one who's at their back they don't communicate with me and my parcel going back and forth. I really need this cellphone to be delivered to me ASAP it has been a week of me waiting for the delivery.
