Good day.

There is something I would like to find out.

We are expecting a parcel from Ram Couriers. When I enter the tracking number, it showed me the parcel arrived, Friday 4 March 2022, 15:03 in Upington.

The time the review was posted was 13:15, Monday 7 March 2022.

I called Ram Head Office....the woman informed me that if the parcel is not delivered today...it would be tomorrow.

What I would like to find out....the parcel is already the same town as me....why is it taking so long for the parcel to be delivered? Keep in mind I am posting this via someone else. I have had some bad experience with Ram Couriers in the past.

The parcel number is K***

Apologies for the delayed delivery of your parcel and the inconvenience caused thereof.

Please note that the parcel is out to be delivered today in Die Rand. The courier should be able to contact you upon delivery today.

Good day.

I am deeply disgusted in Ram Courier's customer service.

I traced my parcel status and to my surprize, it was dispatched early this morning between 6 and 7'o clock. The time now is 15:01.

I need some explaining....why is it taking so long for a single package to be delivered? I am aware there are other packages but this is getting ridiculous. How can it take 2 days for a single package to be delivered, and the package is in the same town as where I am living.
