Delayed delivery /inefficiency
I called ram yesterday, only to be told my parcel arived in PE on Friday. Your Acapella order was dispatched on 15 October with ram tracking no Acap01-***4. So why the parcel in PE ddnt reach Port until today the 20th. I don't recommend ram to any one. You promised to give eme feedback yesterday and you failed. I need my parcel this morning without fail, this is costing me. I will exhaust all the social platforms to let the world's know your inefficiency

Your parcel is out to be delivered today in Port Alfred. The delivery is well within the Service Level Agreement
The next time you order an item from Acapella, and need it sooner, please ask them to send it on a different service as the one selected takes three to five working days.
