Delayed Delivery

Parcel from Steve madden boughton 30 November, was handed to them, the last update was on 1 December until today, customer service is bad, I spoke to Rethabile, and Raheem, but they also have no idea of how to help us.

It's really draining, can you atleast give address to come and collect because this is a mess.
