Delayed delivery

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I have received from your company. Despite being promised delivery of my parcel on the 13th of this month, I have yet to receive it.

This is unacceptable, and I am appalled by the lack of communication and updates from your team. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service, and your company has failed to meet even the most basic expectations.

I demand that you take immediate action to locate my parcel and deliver it to me as soon as possible.
