Delay in collection with no feedback or updates

Giving 1 star cause it doesn't allow to give a company an onion, i have a parcel that was due to be collected on the 04th, driver notes state, parcel not ready, driver assigned to collected on the 5th but did not collect or did not updated reason as per RAM call center agent. she will contact the driver to find out why the delay but can not give me any updates, i must wait for an SMS for when the parcel will be collected, based on the "enthusiasm" from the agent to assist, i highly doubt lebogang will be making any follow ups
