DELAY IN BRING ROUTER
After I report an incident, your driver calls me and threatens , me on top of that the driver didn't even us if I had a temporary ID , He just they need ID or passport because he needs to register my stuff, only to find out that I can do that online on Rain website. Now I have to wait for a an extra day for router and sim

According to the SLA and SOPs, we are required to obtain those required documents and no other alternative, otherwise delivery cannot take place.
