Delay

There is the order that was supposed to receive from courier company called Ram hand to hand since from Monday this week that was supposed to be received at embalenhle Tuesday we did change the address to be received at my work place because my I'd as required is with me at work all the time then the address was changed on their system also Vodacom confirm with me ,so yesterday was Wednesday the order was out for delivery surprising the were on the old address then I called their office yesterday they confirmed that new address is visible to their system they will deliver it on Thursday then this morning when I call them to confirm if the the order was dispatched to the right address they told me there is no new address available on the system they will wait for Vodacom to confirm it ,am just ****ed off how many times should Vodacom update the address for them I so wish if I was given an opportunity to collect the order by my self it would be much more easier as we speak now the order is on stationery for the second time approving the same address am starting to loose hope weather the order will be received
