Definitely not DHL

RAM has nothing on DHL. The courier **** and said he / she tried to contact me but I was not available so they rescheduled for next day. I have no missed calls. I logged the issue via *** and have Refenece numbers and someone was supposed to call in an hour. It’s has been 4 hours later and no call or response to my e mail. Pathetic service and I never have these issues with DHL.
