Decise not delivered

Where to begin. I upgraded my phone at vodacom. Has been a client for almost 10 years. Package was suppose to be delivered on the 14th of September.

I informed Ram Courier i dont have an is as i lost it. I do have a true certified copy of my id and also an affidavit to explain everything. After several phone calls to Ram. They informed me i just need permission from vodacom to state that deliver can take place and they can accept the certified copy. After wasting my airtime. Ram was of no help and my device is still in there storage. I had to phone them and everytime and got myne 1 phone from them.

I have never been so embarrassed Buy well done Ram Courier. You are now responsible that vodacome lost a kliemt.
