DEAR VODACOM: FIND A BETTER COURIER THAN RAM!!

The absolute worst courier company I've ever encountered. You are giving Vodacom a bad name with your downright appalling service.

I cancelled my contract with Vodacom in October 2020 and I am STILL waiting for RAM to collect the device, which I am not using but still being charged for because Vodacom cannot cancel the contract until they receive the device. Please make your new years resolution to provide better customer service because it is disgusting how pathetic the service is.
