Dealing with misleading information from consultants

Vodacom is making you look bad as a business, because they are blaming your workers for deliveries not being made while on your side you are saying it is them delaying approvals on changes being made on address. The system you are currently using is definitely not working in your favour as much as it is there to protect your business. I AM NEVER GOING TO USE RAM BECAUSE OF THIS BLAME GAME EXPERIENCE. Who is lying here? RAM or Vodacom?
