De-Ram the Ram How unprofessional can you be

Since last Thursday I am trying to get Ram to deliver my phone but to no avail How is it possible and how dumb can one be to arrive at point of delivery make a phone call from there and just expect you to be available. Both instances I was away of which the one time I was already at home. Couriers I dealt with this week for deliveries phone you in advance and tell you that they are on the way and that I am to make sure I am available at a specific time. Come on you suppose to be professional but obviously you still have a long way to go Sunday I lost my phone and took the liberty to contact CellC on Monday asking them to send a communication to Ram with an alternative number I provided. This they did. I even contacted Centurion branch and asked them to remove the number and gave them the same alternative number Today after checking on the internet to find out why is my phone not delivered just to notice a very bad write up was posted on the internet making me look like an idiot but maybe I am in the eyes of Ram. They are still arrogant enough to use a number of the phone I have twice asked not to use. What an unprofessional company With this I will make sure other people are aware of the unprofessional attitude of Ram
