Data privacy violation
An employee at Ram called me on the 29 of June 2023 claiming I have a delivery. This lady called already knowing my name and address. I am not sure how she got these details but this information of mine was given to someone who came to my house on the 8 of July. This was quite scary and I felt unsafe. This man who came to my house admitted knowing about the **** delivery . This was the number that was used : ***.

I have tried to track your order under your name and surname and I have managed to locate a parcel from Vodacom however it had been closed off and was returned to the sender following the failed delivery attempt on the 19.06.2023. and is currently in the sender's possession as it was returned today upon the senders request. Please advise if you have received an SMS and/ or EMAIL notifying you of delivery? If so, Please will you be so kind as to send me your tracking/ reference number so I can gladly assist you.

This employee used whatever resources they had the obtained my address their call to me was to confirm so that the can distribute my address. This is quite scary and I feel you are taking this matter lightly
