Damage phone - will not repair

My phone was sent for repairs through RAM. It got damaged in transit. My screen cracked (apparently this happens all the time according to Vodacom). Got my phone back in worst condition than what it was handed in. Vodacom repaired my phone with a new screen, but now I don't have a screenguard (the glass cover you put over your screen for protection) and it had one on. RAM refuses to cover that, Vodacom says it's not their problem. I'm going to take this much further. YOU BROKE MY PHONE!!!! I insist that you replace my screenguard of about R200 and don't tell me it's not covered. I don't care. You broke my phone. I handed it in a good condition. You can't fix half the problem of what you broke!
