Customer service stinks🚮

I had a due delivery from Vodacom since tge 21st , after 1 failed delivery ram arranged the ff day delivery of which it never happened, when contacted by Vodacom they rescheduled but on the day they were supposed to deliver they phoned me cancelling . They **** and said Vodacom never contacted them . The guy we were in a conference call with together with Vodacom rudely dropped the call. They had said delivery was to be returned to sender. How do you make a customer wait so much and then book item to be sent back without any consent
