Customer service promised,but not delivered!

I was expecting a parcel to be delivered, and phoned to make arrangements regarding the delivery time. I was assured that it won't be a problem to deliver later in the day, yet they then attempted to deliver the package at a time that i specifically said i would not be home! Now i still don't have my parcel. Please do not tell customers you are able to do something if you are not.
