Customer service is horrible

Their service is the worst first of all the driver gets to me I produce my ID and proof of address he says temporary ids are not allowed I ask him to wait while we confirms he drives off. They than call back stating they will come back before 4pm up until now no one has gotten back to inform me about anything. When I call they put me on hold for 30minute next thing I hear them saying their good byes as they were closing this was the worst service I've ever received
