Customer Service Apalling and delivery takes forever

Have been tracking my parcel since last week and when you call nobody answers, when I eventually went through they informed me that they schedule delivery for tomorrow. So had I not called this parcel would have been laying at their POrt Elizabeth warehouse for only God knows how long. Customer service agent Kopano also not helpful - waybill number K***
