Customer Service??

Waited all day for delivery upon which I then called and was told the delivery would be made between 17:00-17:30. I waited till 17:30 and tried calling again with no one picking up the phone. The driver didn't call or contact me in anyway to say anything...I'm sure you know if you going to be able to complete deliveries or not. Tried using their chat service to get information and is pathetic,no one is available to help you'd have a better time talking to dog. Their number on their website***) doesn't work. Undelivered packages should be delivered first the very next day...for customer service regardless of the routes etc taken by the driver. Little to no information can be given whether you chat or call,useless much, I'd have an easier task,taking leave from work and getting my parcel. No Customer Service in my opinion.
