I ordered a parcel from supersonic who uses Ram as their courier service. Long story short RAM didn't want to give me my parcel as i didn't have the required documents at the time which is fair, however this really delayed me from receiving my parcel
I took it upon myself to phone ram numerous times to follow up on my parcel but no one really cared to help me. On my last attemp i got through to a customer care agent called Ferry-Lee which i have to personally thank her as she was the only one who made the effort to help me and she was the only one who actually phoned me back like she said she would to update me on my parcel. She then arranged that i may collect my parcel at the Isando branch.
On Tuesday 07/07/2020 i went to the Isando branch to collect my parcel where i gave my tracking number to the security officer at the entrance where he told me he is going to give it to someone to go fetch and i must wait. I waited over an hour just to find out that the security people and pickers left me stranded in a 2×5 m room were both entrances are locked as they went home because their shift ended and that they didn't even bother fetching my parcel in the warehouse.
Another person, who i presume took over their shift, saw me and helped me to get out and he immediately asked his ***orker to get the parcel for me. He apologized that his ***orkers left me, as he was the one who told me that the previous people left me and they didn't bother helping me because of laziness. I don't know what his name is but he was a superstar and i want to thank him for going out of his way to help me. After 2 hours at the RAM Isando branch, i finally left with my parcel.
