Customer service

I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received from Denisa who assisted me with my order. I had been going back and forth with the courier service since the 6th trying to get some sort of explanation regarding my order and after having multiple agents be extremely unhelpful and some even proceeding to cut the call on me after asking me to "please hold" while they tried to "assist", she actually made an effort to escalate the matter as well as give me proper feedback.I was very impressed and I honestly feel like that should be the standard of customer service given by all of your agents.
