Got an SMS that my FNB order was out on delivery and should be delivered by 17:00. Called RAM after 17:00 to follow up on the delivery and agent kept dropping call after I provided the reference number. Called was dopped at 17:14
The agent dropped the phone twice after asking for the reference number.
