Customer call centre dropping our calls as customers instead of picking them up

Ram called me friday to update my address because my order was with them in Durban harbour and promise to deliver on monday but instead they send my order back to sender my order was cancelled when I called them on tuesday I was number 28 on the line waiting, I waited until I was number 2 on the line instead of answering my call , they dropped my call
