Critical Service Failure

I am lodging a severe formal complaint regarding the critical service failure by Ram Hand To Hand Couriers concerning my confirmed delivery on 01 December 2025 (Tracking: K*** : VODACOMDIREC-*** Despite confirmed commitment your operational team failed to make any attempt to contact me at the provided number yet unilaterally marked the delivery as failed and arbitrarily rescheduled it for a later date without any prior discussion demonstrating a complete and unacceptable disregard for customer service. I am extremely angry and disappointed and demand immediate managerial intervention to ensure my devices are delivered TODAY, 01/12/2025, as this abysmal failure will be directly escalated to Vodacom management.
